Hi!
Could someone give me a 3 excersize ab-routine that they know work. Would like it to be "extra weight" related.

The three ab exercises that I like the most are:
1) Leg lifts
You can add weight by holding a dumbell between your feet. You can either do this laying on the ground or on an angled bench.
2) Swiss ball crunches
I do this with a plate behind my head. Keep your feet close together to work more stabilizer muscles by having to balance during the routine.
3) Weighted cable crunches
Using a cable machine, get on your knees and keep the grip at a fixed spot behind your head. Perform the exercise by bringing your head and shoulders towards your knees keeping your lower body as still as possible.

Here is an excellent article and routine (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/likness28.htm) wrtten by our own Jeremy Likness on building a great core. Pay special attention to the "vacuum" and the Kegels during your reps; they'll make all the difference between looking lean and looking like you tried to add muscle mass to your stomach. :D
