I am looking for a website where you can record your food but not only that, record the macronutrients such as amino acids, breakdown of fats you eat into omega 3/6/9, and record the glycemic index and glycemic load of the food you eat. I want to record my foods like on fitday.com but be able to see how many complete proteins I got out of all my protein to see if I'm meeting my essential amino acid requirements. It would be cool to see how much of each amino acid you ate all day. Same for seeing a chart of how the carbs were spread throughout my day using the glycemic load. I also think it would be neat to see the breakdown of fats even further in to the types of omegas (ie. alpha-linolenic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

Does anyone know if a site like this exists?

http://www.nutritiondata.com/ <---but I've only ever used it to break things down by food not complete meals (I'm not even sure if it can do that).

Maybe one of these: http://sourceforge.net/search/?type_of_search=soft&type_of_search=soft&words=nutrition I'd say by the look of things NUT or Cronometer might do it.
