Hello!
I would like opinions on the difference between these two machines if it warrants a price difference of 120$ (where i buy from).

Body-Solid 45° Back Hyperextension (Model GHYP345)

The Body-Solid has additional framing / strength which would support a heavier individual. I have the Powerline unit (which at the time I bought it WAS the Body-Solid unit) and have had a 250lb individual on it with no problems.

No reason to spend the extra money, IMO.
