I have a lot of respect for Dr.Darden.

But I'm wondering about this "weightlifting for kids" thing he's got going.

Could they end up on the same road as Richard "Little Hercules" ?

I thought that it was already established that the T.O. levels in kids was too low to produce any significant muscle gain.......!?:eek:
