500g Ultra-lean ground steak (minced steak, in UK)
~1 tbsp Olive oil
400g cooked adzuki beans
30g Jalapeno peppers in brine
100g Double-concentrated tomato puree
Italian seasoning to taste
Cover bottom of pan with olive oil, let it heat up on a medium heat, and add the meat.
Cook the meat until all of it is brown, plus another few minutes.
Add the tomato puree and stir thoroughly with the meat.
Add the jalapenos, beans, and Italian seasoning.
Stir well for another few minutes and serve.
Serves 2 - 3.
