I post this information about some YouTube Videos in the weight training forum but it happened to be under a thread about deadlifting after the posts moved to squatting also. I thought I would post again here.

Squats are rarely performed correctly. They are important for the body as a whole. So....

This is a full and I do mean full view of the squatting process. It is worth it to see all 22 videos. There is something there for everyone. It is presented well.

You can learn good form and the videos are quality. Be sure and catch the hack squat. I grabbed them in MPEG form and put them on a DVD to go back and see them in future.:bb:

Thanks on corrected url.

thanks rtestes, good find and post

his regular stance is wider than what my trainer showed me..my trainer said about shoulder width, but his is clearly wider than that...seems to give him more balance and stability...so is wider than shoulder width the way to go?

I found shoulder width, the best. A little variation is required for our individual difference. I have rather broad shoulders and shorter legs.

Now look at him, is his heel near the outside edge of his shoulder? Then his toes are pointed out. He is very close to shoulder width. Look at the heels.
