Hi do a few of you mind taking a guess of what my body fat% is? They are all from the same day same, same time, just different clothes. Bit sad really!

There's nothing sad about where you are at the moment. What counts is how you go about making the changes you want over the next few months.

what I meant though was that it was sad to stand in front of the mirror in three different sets of clothing and photograph myself! I want to lose more fat, but I'm actually happy with my progress so far.

20% sounds about right to me. I was in your shoes not too long ago.

Yeah I think there would be about 20 - 22% there but very hard to say what your body fat is. Maybe you should invest in some callipers or something.
