I would have to say no, especially if the diet is meant to support a strength and conditioning program to assist your fat loss goal. Think more along these lines -- "fat loss" and not "weight loss".
Low total calories, low food based protein, low vegetable intake, low healthy fat.
btw...Where are you getting those numbers on a 6.2oz chicken breast?12g of fat, 36g of carbs?

What kind of cereal? Lots are full of sugar and other processed stuff.
Subway club, not the best choice nutrition wise, that bread is no where near ideal, meat is processed, cheese is not good. Maybe think of making a sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread..chicken sandwich, tuna sandwich, turkey breast, etc...
Muscle milk, a little expensive everyday(for me it owuld be anyway)...why not just another nitrean shake?
Egg whites, good. Maybe 5 whites and 1 whole egg?
Chicken breast, perfect. Although I doubt fat is that high, and am sure there is not 36g or carbs, let alone 5g of carbs.
Some suggestions, eat more!! Get more heatlhy fats (almonds, natural peanut butter are my favs...along with cottoge cheese, flax oil, fish oil), this type of fat is good.
Carbs, sweet potatos, brown rice, oats(love oats), baked beans, fruit.
Protien, chichen breast, turkey breast, tuna, salmon, niatrean, cottoge cheese.
Eat veggies, as much as you want, eat em til you can't eat any more!
Up your cals, my suggestion would be maybe around up to 2400??
Weight train.

That'd be a bit high at 160 lbs I'd think. But I would go to 2000 at least to start and then work down as needed.
Weight train.
