LOL that's funny :) Yes, I've done modeling. I stopped when I was 18 because I was told over and over that if I wanted to make it I had to become a bikini/nude model and I wasn't ready to do that. I have been thinking about bikini modeling now though..I need some extra cash. Actually yes you are better looking than that VS model. Maybe not that Heidi Klum or Gisele or some of the top ones, but from her and some other yes you are. And who knows, i have never seen Heidi Klum and the rest without make up. Maybe id think differently if i saw them put on their own make up and not have hairstylists around.
Oh...a tip I have:
I think that your hair looks alot better in the before fat gain black and white pics you have. You should consider going back to that or something similar.

About the money, I was in an agency, and have dated 2 models, and neither of us had to pay (just 20 bucks i think for the paperwork). However, the agency got a percentage from each job you get. I played in commercials and since I was under 18 they got over 50% of it.

Cardio varied. I guess you could say I averaged 4-5 30-45 min cardio workouts a week at 75% THR. I did not do hit. I have asthma so HIIT is very hard on my lungs.Wow, that is incredible! Great job hottie!

LOL ya Boo U. I used to run up there, a few years back when I still didn't know what the heck I was doing, I'd run up past the high school, around the Boo U, and back again, cause it took about 20 min.

Now I do all my cardio out at Devil's Lake, run from North to South shore, climb the bluff (stair climb) and run/walk back.

Have some good friends that live in Adams, but I try to stay away from that town :P Reminds me too much of where I grew up and makes me depressed cause it's so small a town and seems to slow and boring.

Ya I'm about 5 miles from the Dells, well after you live here a while it's not such a big deal anymore, it's nice cause they have a nice theatre now, and lots of good restaurants. But the summer action never really excites me anymore, just a tourist trap. Of course all my younger buds like the check out the ladies walking the strip in the summer.

Thanks, I think dedication and determination are the two most important things that got me to where I am today. Muscles..I have to add about 400 cals to my daily intake inorder to build muscle and I still need to figure out what I'm gonna eat to do that. Like cardio and times of day you did that, weightlifting and times of day, etc. How many days/week, etc. What kind of foods you preferrably stuck with mostly, etc. Just a nice generalization.

I think it would be an excellent addition to this great thread! Especially for those of us who might wish to attempt motivating others of the female variety :) (A good way to end up in the doghouse usually...)

SO, I would say that I didn't start eating healthy till January 2004. I started working out 4-5 days a week January 1, 2004. I work out different times each day. My food is in my fitday journal and I've been eating like that since Jan 1, 2004.
