When reading program articles there are often mentions of timings. Such as 302, 2010... etc.

What do these numbers actually mean?

It's the timing for the eccentric, hold and concentric phases. e.g. 303 squat would be 3 second descent, and go straight back into a 3 second ascent without pausing at the bottom.
