i have read the replies from my last most and taking in the advice. I have been working out again off and on for last 3.5 months. I kind of using the routine that worked out with 15 years ago before I STOPPED. 3days on,1 day off, 2 day on and 1 day off. I start back and tris one day, chest and tris next day, and shoulders and calfs next day, then legs . I then start over. I try and do 15 mins cardio before each work out. I try and do 15 reps per set an dI do ads at the end of eack work out. My diet is my main concern and I am working on it. But my question is is there another type on work out that I need to try. I am 6'3" and 330 and I want to tone up and loose weight. I am big enough and will always be big just do not want to be this big. Also what type of supplement would be good to take that will not break me. Do not have the money to spend on alot of extra supplements

Sounds to me like your going overkill, which is why you aren't sticking with it (hence "off and on"). There are programs out there ~ Ripptoe's "Starting Strength" and Bill Starrs 5x5 routines, for example.

There are plenty of places to find out how to lift. Nobody but you can change your diet, though ~ and diet makes ALL the difference.
