View Full Version : I have reached all my goals..time for new ones!
woeisemma Mon, April 26th, 2004, 10:12 AM This is unbelievable..I NEVER thought I'd be able to see 130 on the scale..and today I did. I've lost 30 lbs. I've lost 30 lbs!!!! WOW. When I started losing weight, I thought I was doomed. I thought I'd be stuck at 149 forever. My goal was to reach 130 by Summer and now I'm there. It's amazing that I've had 15 free days since January but I still reached my goal before my goal date. How awesome is that? I'd really like to put on some muscle now. I'm going to change up my routine for a month and see what happens. I'll be doing a full body work out three days a week with 30 min cardio, then 45 min cardio two days a week. I'll be upping my calories to 1600-1800. WOW, never thought I'd be doing that! There is a small possibility I might post bathingsuit pix this week...but we'll see. Hope everyone else is doing great too!

I need to step it up and work harder to reach my goal. I have until June 1st to lose 7 LBS. and I know that I can do it. You just gave me a push in the right direction! :D

I sort of let everything slip by the wayside this past two weeks- lots of other stuff going on, but I'm getting there.
John and I are going to the beach for vacation the end of June and I plan to be bikini ready and tan by then ;)
