If you dont know me, first im just a thin ectomorph type, so if you could tailor your information to that type it would be appreaciated.

I started going to a gym in februrary of 2004. For the past two months ive spent time learning about fitness and whatnot, and learning the moves and techniques of weight lifting, while doing a little bit of cardio.

With that being said, ive mostly just done random body parts on certain days and never had a plan. as far as what to do.

Can anyone please tell me a specific plan to do on certain days, my next day is on tuesday, and last time i was there i did leg workouts so i guess something besides legs would be good.

If anyone could tell me a specific daily breakdown that would be advantageous, and include what specific excercises and what amount of repititions/sets to do, id be particularly greatful, since even after all my research im having a bit of trouble putting one together, and i dont think that the general ones on ERX website is for ectomorphs.

Thanks for your help , also particularly if jermey the fitness guru could answer i would appreaciate that as well.

The classic split is back and biceps on one day, legs another day and chest, shoulders and triceps another. Split cardio and abs as you see fit.

The more experienced users on the board might be the better ppl to recommend exact routines, but you might find Anthony Ellis' page useful - www.fatlosstips.com (even though you might not be trying to lose fat, his workout suggestions are good general conditioning suggestions for a beginner)

Go to GOOGLE, type in "weight lifting routines", click on search.

It will return literally thousands of sites with routines that you can use. It all depends on your goals.
