Hey all, I'm looking for some recommendations on a new higher volume program that i can do while maintaining/slowly increasing my current weight- though i'm becoming less interested in gaining more weight. I'd like to get some cardio in my program as well since i've been feeling sluggish and i'm a runner at heart. I've done Waterbury's TBBT, ABBH, and mastover's breathing squat program since signing up here and was hoping that someone could point me towards a new routine since i don't know which direction to go in.

Thanks!
-john

If your trying to increase strength and muscle size Waterbury reccomends this progression in his workouts:

ABBH, SFM, WM, HH, SC, AW, LFGB, QD, WM, HH, LFGB, QD

That is about a years worth of workouts. Since you already did ABBH you can start with SFM

No prob. I got most of his workouts in spreadsheet form so if you need em let me know. I would like to try the third day in the SFM workout. Good luck
