I was doing 6 day workouts (5 weights 1 cardio) where I focused too much on the chest and arms. I have now switched it up. Please critique this attached zip file and let me know if I am doing too much, not enough, etc?

You might want to find another way to post that. I doubt most people are going to be willing to download and open a zip file. Some will be worried about viruses. Others just won't want to go through the bother. You'll probably get a lot more responses if you post it inline somehow (plain text would be fine). Just a thought. :)

I'm probably not the best person to be critiquing your workouts, but the first thing that struck me as odd was working bicep, tricep, AND chest all on the same day... I don't think thats the best approach, but maybe Im wrong
