To peruse your advice on the best exercises for developing:-

Vastus Medialis
Adductor Longus
Sartorius


These are muscles in the upper leg.

Dr.Jen, in a recent post offers some good tips on ex's to correct Patella tracking along with therapeutic measures.

Just wondering if there's any others that might be beneficial as well.

Was thinking if said ex's were incorporated into an already healthy regimen it might prevent future problems or re-occurences....

Deep pistols and deep squats hit my VMOs nicely.

Bulgarian Split Squats will crush the glutes and VMO (the quadriceps muscle on the inside of your knee) of the front leg, while stretching the hip flexor of the back leg.
