Well i decided to keep a journal....

so here is a lil bit about me. I'm 19 ( i look way younger though i hate it!) I weigh somewhere around 135-140 im not sure how much i weigh or my body fat percentage... but within the next week i will find out! I'm 5"2 yes.. im short :-(

Uhm more stuff?! My goal, is to at lose basically all the fat in my thighs and the fat in the lower part of my stomach( which i don't know really how 2 :-( )..

I'm fixin' to be in college in about three months so yeah I'm pretty much excited hehe...

so yesterday i stared working out, i only ran for 20 mins but its an improvement! I run in the evening.. i know its prolly not as good as runnin in the mornin.. but for somereason... i just like to run in the dark ....after i ran it felt i lost 5 pounds, i feel more better overall. even my attitude.. =) i think ima start running twice a day, plus doing sit ups.. and see where that takes me! && on Fridays, i go the skating rink to skate, so that will burn a few calories... I think in a week or two after i get my membership to the YMCA gym.. ima start doing a little weight lifting.. but i don't kno nothing about weight lifting so ima do some research!

but about my eating plan... I'm trying to stay away from the fatty stuff although today i did drink a slushie( its so hard to resist )... all I have been drinking is water with these "easy to use on the go fruit punch" packets... so thats an improvement from drinking soda all the time...

so i will update a little later on my improvement

So i just got done runnin and walking..... i cant run that often but i do try though. ugh... i hate having second hand smoke... but i figure once i start gettin use to runnin. i can run more.. i only ran/walk for 15 mins.. but i will run/walk again at 9 and then i can hopefully last about 45 mins..

i just hate running out here cause i live in a bad neighboorhood and im scared people will try and do stuff. so i go in desgiuse. in baggy cut off shorts and a hoody heh.:spaz:

i also notice i cough quite a bit after i run, i hope its normal..!! no, i don't smoke or anything of that nature! I am also a little bit sore.... but not that bad! My legs also itch real bad i have Eczema or something.:blank:

but now i'm off to leaarn about some more exercise i can do, and eat my meal . Mixed veggies yum:eat:

Ugh so yesterday was my rest day...

Today i woke up and went to my job interview~! I got the job yesss, its my first job ever so i'm pretty pumped! then after i went to the job interview, i had to go take a drug test... and so i drank a soda, and plenty of water.. i drank soda cause it makes me pee faster :rolleyes:.. but thats my first soda in a weeek so its sorta an improvement!

but my plans for today is ima run/ walk 45 mins... and then tonight i'm going skating so that should deff burn some calories...

i also noticed thats it hard to resist sweet food :-(, and the thing is i never eat sweet food but now that i'm on this diet ugh. but it will get better ;-)

SO.. wow. I Have noticed a BIG change... and its only been a week wow. well the past two days i have been eating subway :rolleyes:, cause i have to wait to go shopping :-(

but heck its better then Mcdonalds.

well tonight ima go run for an hour or so, i should be gettin a membership to the YMCA soon :-P so that will help on my weight training.:D

also, i just got another job interview so this is going to be hard, i will make some time for working out most deff!

well a lot has been happening... I havent been running as much as i need to because I live downtown( prob 3 times a week), and I dont liek to run in the public.the reason i dont rlly like to run/walk in the public is cause i was in a stabbing when i was younger and it screwed up my life so i get scared about everything... .. i'm runnin now at least! I start work soon so this is gunna be hard...


Ima try to make it where i walk/power walk two miles a day though

So yeah ima admit the past two weeks i have been slackin really bad.. *work*, but the good news is I finally got a gym membership..

I finally weighed myself, I weigh 135.. and I don't know about my height, I keep asking if someone will measure me but they won't cause they dont have a ruler. anyways. i'm pretty short I think i'm like 5"1-5"2. so it kinda sucks :(

so yeah this is basically my work sched that i have so far, I forgot to write it down :o

sat-sunday: 2-8

monday:11-8pm

tuesday :OFF


welll since I go in so late tomorrow ima go work out since i live right down the streeet from the gym ...

anyways. I hope things go good for me :-D

Oh yeah I found out that I have a sist on my foot. so that kinda sucks :(

Ahh so getting up this early in the morning sucked!!!... BUT i STILL went to the gym.. for some odd reason my shoulder hurted this mornin when I woke up, I guess i slept on it or something. Oh well, I went to the gym walked 10 mins on the treadmill, and then used this cool machine and lifted 125 lbs. I forgot what its called but you pull it with ur hand.. then after that I went n played volleyball and practice on my skills.


I didn't do too much today :-(..

tonight I go shopping for food after I get off work :eat:

well this is all for now, ima go job for a lil bit.. I hate cardio :whistle:


Maybe I can replace skating everyday, instead of running Hmmm

Skating is a great workout. I used to skate everyday when I played hockey. You just have to make sure you keep up the pace. Skating really beats up your lower back, mine was always killing me when I played hockey :(

heh, i LOVE skating, I can skate really fast too. and skating doesnt hurt my back at all its just my legs...

Ahh so today I worked a 10-hour shift at work, it sucks. I was so grumpy. IDK why though.. I have been eatingggggg pretty healthy except today I had some icing off a cake, they shouldnt brought some in :((((. it was like my first one in 6 months though.. Oh well, I don't plan to have cheat meals.. I may have one for thanksgiving cause my friend wants me to go eat with her family since I don't have no family..

Now as for working out, I havent done anything since saturday.. I have been realllllly sore I think i pulled a muscle in my shoulder cause it hurts so much. my but, legs hurt also. but i think thats because I move around non-stop at work. oh well, I will get use to it.. Tue. and Wed. I have off so ima be swimming, and workin out a lot those two days. Hopefully I will be not-so-sore by then :(

College starts less then a month and a half.. im so scared, but excited...:neener:

Whoa. Yesterday I didn't work out at all. I slept mostly all day trying to recover from my cold or flu or w.e I had. :(

Today, I went to the gym. Looked around at the stuff they had to offer then I played volleyball(by myself) for about 20 mins then I went upstais and walked on the treadmill for like 5 mins. I know so short, but I had to come home. I was going to swim, but they require me to have a swim-suit. so i guess ima have to go buy one :-(. Tonight I have an appointment with a fitness trainer, I guess s/he is going to show me how to use the equipment? I'm not really sure. this is my first time in a gym ever...


ohh I lost about 2-3 lbs in the last four days.. its amazing :-D

I currently weigh about 132.5 my first goal is to get down to 115-120

So things have been hectic.. I have been pretty much busy with work and all. I found that it is hard to work all the time and make time to work out.. but I can do it. I don't go to work untill 2 tomorrow so I will get up early and go for a jog since the gym opens after i start work :( since its sunday
I have been pretty much keepin up with my diet, except fot these oatmeal cream pies I had. I have been sticking to my water with "calorie free fruit punch" packets..sometimes I will drink a diet mountin dew, hey its better then coke.. so I am makin sorta an improvement

I have been sick for the past week, and it sucks.. I don't know what I have, but I tried to take medicine and it doesn't help at all :(

i think I am kinda getttin over it i hope.

So I decided that I am not going to completly change my diet. What is the point? In a month I start college and I have to ear their food.



I am eatin healthy. for instance I love baked potaoes with lots of sour cream and butter. I replaced it with " no fat sour cream" and " calorie free butter" and u kno what it taste just as good.


I need to go to the gym a lot more I have been so busy workin and then on my days off I have doctor appointments. oh well. i'm off three days this week so ima go to the gym everyday :)

its so freakin cold down here ... it snowed lol! yup it snowed in Texas haha. Big spring got 15 inches of it...but thats all thats going on..

So Gosh,... I just went to the gym .. I weighed my self and I am back to 134 :( I guess those two thanksgivin dinnners I ate added on. oh well it was my first thanksgivin since i was 16 so it kinda felt good.

I think from now-on.. Ima start doin some runnin.
I hate runnin bc everytime i run my legs and but itches reall bad...

I also noticed since i been workin I tend to eat more ... I wish there was somethin to help controll my hunger ..

Tonight ima go back to the gym and do a full work out.. w/o me foolin around & playin volleyball.
