Hey guys I was just wondering how y'all prepare your salmon and potatoes. Both are in separate meals tho. The red and sweet potatoes I eat with brown rice whereas the canned salmon I eat before going to bed. Do you guys have any recipes that don't add a lot of calories?

Best thing I have found to eat any meat such as tuna, salmon or chicken right out of the can is mix dijon mustard and salsa. Really spices it up and makes it quite appetizing. Another good tip is pepper and lemon juice.

For my yams/sweet potatoes, I microwave them and sprinkle cinnamon. Soooooo delicious!

I cut my sweet potatoes into french fry-like strips, sprinkler some seasoning salt on them, bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes. When they're done, you can definitely smell them. They're soft, browned and delicious.

Buy Morey's wild Alaskan salmon, marinated. $13 bucks for a box of 6 filets at Sam's Club.

Put them in a baking dish, give them half an hour and they're done. Throw 'em in a bag and eat them throughout the week. Cut 'em up and nuke 'em to re-heat.
