Hi,

Im 22 years old and had decided 2 months ago that i needed to get my life back into shape. My girlfriend broke up with me and felt quite shitty.
You know how it is,
eating junk food, alcohol, ice cream, nice meals out etc etc.
Then it hits you that your single and your confidence is hitting an almighty low.So i decided to enrole in the gym 2 months ago.
I have lost alot of weight and gaining muscles in places i never knew were possible.
Im at the stage where i want to be really lean and get my six pack showing. So i wanna know what my bodyfat is, and if anyone has any advice on getting rid of my other fat, please tell me!

I have lost about 1 stone from starting, and can see a six pack coming,
but i need to know what bodyfat im at if you can help.

My eating plan is very strict where im eating lean chicken, veg, turkey meat, tuna, seeds, nuts, fruit etc etc.

I train on monday,tuesday,wednesday,thursday,friday
rest on saturday,sunday.

im 5,11
weight around 12stone (havnt checked)

I'd guess 12 or 13 percent, probably. Keep doing what you're doing. It's clearly working.

Hi man i know everyone is different but Im 5"11 and also around 12 stone im 11.3% BF and my abs are showing like yours, so I would suggest perhaps more around 13% than 10%.

I would say you are around 10%, a little more maybe.
It is really working :) . Could you please give us more details about your diet and working out routine?

Hey thanx on saying my bf percentage.

My diet is like this:

breakfast: Big bowl of museli- cup of tea
Snack- Nuts or protein bar
lunch- Tuna+veg
Dinner- Grilled Chicken,brown rice,veg
Afternoon snack- nuts

This is one example of a day's intake for food.
Burt dont get me wrong im not the most disciplined person when eating,
sometimes i cannot resit a cheese and tomato sandwich, but has to be on wholemeal bread.

I try and eat real strict during the week, and the weekend i let go off myself and drink magners and beers, otherwise id go crazy with just eating veg and chicken all the time. You have to reward yourself now and again.

Workout:

10min {bike} - 5min low- 5mins hard
10min {rowing} -10 minutes last minute ill go flat out
10min {runnning} - 2mins jog, 3 minutes run, 3minutes sprint,2min jog

i make sure i do 30 minutes cardio everytime i go to the gym everytime, to warm my bodyup and get my heart rate high.

Then...
Boxing punchbag: After the cardio im pretty much out of it, but i love to box my heart out to some tunes, untill im at the stage where im dying and sweat is dripping off me.
I try and copy what ufc training do, where id mirror box also and then drop relle quick to the floor and get up.

after that:

Weights: Im not the most informative when it comes to weights, but i try to do every machine in the gym, and work alot on my abs, so any ab machine there ill do.
Alot of dips and pull ups. etc etc.
(ill scan some images off a great book i follow, and the things i do)

Im sorry im not that informative to help out, but give me couple of days and ill do those scans etc.

suppliments:

i make sure to drink a protein shake b4 and after my workout, to help rebuilt my muscles after a workout, and drink shit loads of water.
Green tea extract pills- help with my matibilsim
creatine- b4 workout to get my energy going througout my workout.

Inspiration & motivation:
I watch so much ufc and re runs of the contender season 1, as it always gets me pumped to workout etc.
I have a poster on my wall i made where i took a pic of myself at my worst and label it saying, dont go back like this etc etc.
Also i have loads of pics of good bod's (not gay) to inspiire me to get into that shape, (brad pitt fight club, ryan reynolds-blade3) etc etc

sorry for blabbin on.
