I spent 3 hours making this food plan:D. I need some help making it better. Got any good advice for me?
I'm 17 years old, 182 cm tall and I weigh 70,5 kg. I lift weights 4 times a week and do cardio 2-3 times a week. 1 rest day per week. I spend about 2 hours in the gym.

Note: The school lunch is a rough estimate. They usually serve macaronis, salad (not much... maybe 1-2 tbs) and sometimes meat. On soup days (Tuesday and Thursday) they serve soup and some dessert (curd, cottage cheese... sometimes just curd with some fruits). Yeah, I know. Our school lunch sucks BIG TIME! It's mostly carbs... Actually, it's all carbs.

I would really appreciate it if someone would find the time and help me.

Are you a pescetarian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pescetarianism)? Why no chicken or beef?

No. I love animal meat:tucool:. I sometimes replace the tuna with beef (beef is expensive). Maybe I should replace my last meal (cottage cheese) to chicken fillet (100g)?

Heh, I hear ya. I would suggest you increase the amount of protein that you're consuming and adding more lean meat is an easy way of doing that.

Actually, I would leave the cottage cheese in your last meal. Cottage cheese contains a lot of casein protein which is slow digesting. It's a good idea right before bed since you won't have another meal for eight hours. I suggest you add a fat source such as natural peanut butter to that meal as well.
