View Full Version : Update: Got past that sticking point!

So I posted a couple weeks ago about not being able to progress past 205/215 on the squat and 175 on the bench. I had been stuck there for over a month.

Ya'll suggested to keep at it, even at the same weight. Well I did, and last night I was finally able to kick out 225 on the squat for 3 sets at 4-5 reps. It felt really good to move up to those two plates.

Thanks for the advice! Plateaus can be broken.

Nice job man -- Its a great feeling to bust through plateaus.
