Starting my second installment of my fitness journal. The first one was drop 46lbs in 99 days which I had great success and dropped about 38lbs in the 99 days, putting me around 205. I am currently around 215 and would like to drop down to 185 by March. Thinking about doing Swolegenix, but not sure yet. I will put all my workouts and eating habits in this journal because it holds me accountable to do my diet and cardio even though I might not feel up to it. Here we go, day one is Monday Oct 15th.
