Yes I agree, lets start it. :tucool: Science Freak October 12th, 2007, 03:38 PM My top tip is: Tesco Value Tuna Chunks in Brine 29p a can Net weight 185g Drained weight 129g 30.3g of protein per can 0.96p per gram of pure protein £9.60 per kg of pure protein That is even cheaper than the cheapest unflavoured whey protein that is available in the UK. Eg. Bulkpowers.co.uk sells "Whey Protein Concentrate 80%" is £9.49 a Kg but is only 82% protein. So it costs £11.57 per kg of pure protein and you have to pay p&p. i only wish I liked tuna more!
