Hello all,
Just a quick one my cutting program has been going very well I now now what works for me and it was simple I had to lower my intake of carbs to about 50g a day and I have stripped the fat of over the last 5 weeks. Heres what I do :bb:
Monday abs
Tues legs
Wed back and bis
thurs shoulders and abs
Fri chest and tris
Sat rest
Sun rest
Ok really simple routine but I have decided to add a 20 minute pilates routine every night even on sat and sun do you think that this is over doing it. I do not seem to get my heart rate up to much while doing pilates but I do find that I get a great stretching workout through all of my muscle groups and since I have been doing this over the last
5 weeks I have lost 15.5 pounds and slimed my waist down 3 inches so I know that it is working but is it working to well by doing so much will I be losing muscle mass.
What do you all think about pilates? I do not see it as a cardio workout because the program that I am doing is not fast infact it is very slow controled movments that stretch and lengthen the muscles.
