I heard you are to have a week off of training every six weeks. Is this true? I have finals coming up and I dont think I'll have enough time to lift the whole week. Will it hurt? I can't remember the last time I took a whole week off. What about cardio? Should I still do that? I'm on a cutting diet, btw. Should I lower my cal intake if I dont work out all week? Thanks,
D

take the week off from weights.. you can still do cardio no problem.
keep your daily intake the same, only thing is going to change is you wont have a pwo shake..
heck look at me for example.. i took 2 weeks off.. before i could make out at 285-295 with dead lifts.. 2 weeks later its 335 :)

Oh it's like that?
Maybe I should take a week off so I can move up from the 30lb dumbell bicep curl.

I'm at a major plateau with everything... Strength is one, and weight wont go down from 174lbs since 2 weeks, I'm getting pissed.

i think maybe its time you post your weekly routine, food/macro intake, cardio routine etc.. and we can help you get down to your goal

I'm going to get everything together and post it in a little while, hopefully you guys will be able to help me get through this.
EDIT: I'm going to give it another week before I post, maybe the weight will drop.
