Happen to have an old Total Gym that you now use for an ironing board?
You can do a nice modified Burpee on it...
Put the Pullup bar handle down at the bottom of the rig.
Disconnect the wire/cable.
Set it at about 5 or 10 degrees slant off the ground.
Put your feet on the moveable seatpad.
Assume the pushup position on the handles.
Now slide your feet to full extension and back.
Unlike a floor Burpee, you can control the rate of slide out and in for more tension.
