Ok, here goes. I want to gain mass, i am currently going to the gym regularly and eating nothing but healty foods. I do eat atleast 5 times a day. I am slowly learning what all i am supposed to be eating, but i still feel like i don't really know. I haven't taken any supplements yet either. What all do i need to eat to ensure that i am getting the right surplus of calories, food that is high in protein, and such. What is the best supplement/s that i should be taking? Are there ones your supposed to take before and after a workout?
