Hello people,

I just wanted to get back at you to ask if you think im doing allright or if im getting all lazy ans should kick my own butt and do it better...

i started cutting back on july 9th, starting at 203 lbs and a pretty big belly, like 46 inch waist or so when buying pants, and now im down to 189 lbs and a smaller belly, almost went down to 44 inch pants...

So what ya think?
P.D: notice i was out for vacations almost half of August, so i ate clean, but no lifting or cardio.

thank you

You're the only person who is fit to judge your progress. If you're happy that's what matters.

Congratulations on losing the 15 pounds. That's a great start. If your waist size is not coming down as much as you'd like, you probably need to up the cardio. Keep on lifting regularly and do cardio every day at a different time of day from the lifting. Obviously, continue to eat at less than maintenance and eat clean foods. No sodas and plenty of water. Six meals a day. There are a lot people you can get inspiration from here who are going through a similar transformation or have finished one. Go for it, you sound like you're ready to change your life for the better.:tu:

I agree that you can answer this better than anyone here. What's been the trend for the last 3 weeks? Steady signs of progress, or are things stalling?

Set realistic goals for yourself and do what's necessary to meet them.

Congratulations on the success so far.
