Hey guys, currently I haven't gone anywhere with my fitness status, so I wanted to post in here and hopefully get more fitness active. Been thru a lot of changes in the past few months, and have been very slack with diet/exercise.

I've lost about 10 kilos since the start of the year, which has been great. Mostly done thru proper diet, at the start I was only on < 1300 calories.

You could prolly tell, but now I need to bulk up, but also get rid of body fat that's still hanging around.

Since my diet has been pretty bad (lately), I'll cut proper with cardio for about 4 weeks, then start bulking (just in time for Christmas :D) for another 4-6 weeks, then cycle that a bit.

Will try keep this updated! :)

Wow, did my first back/bicep workout yesterday with deadlifts added. First time I've ever done a deadlift like that, i used to do them as a leg workout, more like a squat. Never had such a pain in my back before, it's great :D Like after the first time I benched a few months ago, never knew my chest could feel so much.

I've decided to make a post each week, detailing the week just gone, this one sucked, mainly because i didn't track any food intake, and missed a workout session. Come Monday, I'll be as strict as I can be. Would start tomorrow, but I know it's already going to be stuffed up cause i haven't planned any goals for tomorrow, and i have to be up at 4:30am, and have no food left in the house.

Just browsing the forums for the last 6 months or so, it's so easy to look up to a lot of the people on here, so much committed and such great success.

Goal One:
Get body fat down enough to be confident and to be able to be topless in public

Goal Two:
Get body fat down enough to finally see some abs

Goal Three:
Bulk up!
