Most online nutrition websites get their data from the USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference (currently release 20).

You can access this data directly from the USDA:
http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/

They even let you download the whole dataset as an spreadsheet, which you can open in Excel or equivalent software.
http://www.ars.usda.gov/Services/docs.htm?docid=15867

http://www.nutritiondata.com is a good website, with a better interface than the USDA site, though it only uses release-19 of the USDA data.

I hope this helps
