Back in highschool I used AST's micronized creatine with their whey protien and had phenominal results in the first month. Although i was highly satisfied with them (except for taste), I'm setting out to try new stuff. Im planning on switching to Optimum's protien, and BSN CellMass (CEE malate). I have been out of training for some time, only running recently. Is this good for supplementing, or is there anything else I should consider adding to that supplement regimen? I also plan to give BSN NO Xplode a try a little later, once I get in the grove of working out agian.
Any opinions welcome!
Mainly I'm wondering if this is a good combo to go with, or if I should add anything such as BCAA caps or glutamine to my list of supplements??
