How much bf% loss per week/ month should I expect while I cut?
I am now doing HIIT (29min.) 3 days per week and LISS (45min.) 2 days per week. Lifting 5 days per week.

It mostly depends on your diet. Again this is not something specific but for me it's usually around 1%

Since the last week in August I have lost about 4% BODY FAT FROM 20-21% TO ABOUT 16%. but I now want to go much further, my diet is like this post workout 6:30 am protein shake with oatmeal, shake, turkey sandwich, protein bar, lean dinner and snack(rice cake with PB)
