I'm just gonna skip the starting post crap and give some numbers and goals. If anyone wants to have a little cutting competition leave a post here and we'll set up some rules for it.

Didn't do any real excercise today. I was studying for a pathophysiology exam pretty much all day long.

Went for a light walk. With low calories I'm giving myself a little extra recovery time before lifting again.

Went on vacation this weekend, and didnt have internet access. I ate decently but didnt really get too much physical activity in.

I went to workout today and hurt my back somehow on my 3rd set of lat pulls, and stopped after that. Hopefully it'll clear up soon. Really disappointed. Anyway, it feels really nice outside so I'm gonna try to play some tennis later if I can. I'll update this if it goes through.

Day 10

Played tennis for a couple hours today. My neck is still bothering me though. I'm gonna try to workout tomorrow.

hey shake, sorry to hear about your back...same thing happened to me in my second week, i pulled something while dropping the weights to the floor, i worked through the pain and within 3 days the pain went away, hope your back heals quickly as well

it seems you've been struggling to find a good time to workout, i don't know if your a morning person but that has been working well for me, get it out the way and you have the rest of the day to deal with this hectic life

Sorry for not checkin in lately. My back's feeling a lot better today, and I did some volunteer work pretty much all day today so I'm sure that burned a lot of calories. Definitely gonna get some kind of workout in tomorrow.

Foods:
Rice
Kidney Beans
Sausage
Potato Salad
Brownie

Not such great foods there but I had pretty small portions of everything so I'm not too worried about it at all.

Just went to the gym finally.

Bench Press
Shoulder Press
Assisted Pullups (about 100 lbs assist, didn't want to strain back again)
Rows
Bike - 20 mins @ 15 mph, 10 resistance

Weighed in and I'm down 3 lbs over 2 weeks so I'm just about where i want to be cal wise. Should bump up to 2 lbs/week now that I can workout again.
