This is what I did yesterday for a flab-attack...

Warmup

40 minutes of Hip-Hip abs/Tae-bo/martial-arts kicks and moves to intense-beat music tracks. Zero rest during....

Knee-ups...15,10
Russian twists on a ball....10,10
Swissball crunches....10,8
T.T. Golf twists....12,12
Ball Passovers with 5lb. ball....15,15
Sidebobs....20 L+R with 5lb.ball
Machine ab pulldowns....10x80lbs.,10x90lbs.
Rear leg 45 degree extensions....12 L+R, 12 L+R
Ball Elbow Plank.....hold 45 seconds
Sidebridge on a mat....30 sec L, 30 sec R

Works for me....:)
