I've been eating kale this week to mix up my veggies. I started eating it last year during the spinach scare when I couldn't get spinach. I like to steam it, then drizzle it with olive oil and salt it and sprinkle with a bit of spice like onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper, etc. Maybe even curry.
Anyway, I think I've noticed during workouts it causes a smell in sweat similar asparagus. Must be the oraganosulfer :)
See World's Healthiest Foods (http://whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=38). It's very high in vitamins K, A, C, and manganese.
It's a fall vegetable here in the states if I'm not mistaken, and I bought a huge clump for like $.99.
