I found a recipe for some oat bran muffins. I've always been a fan of bran muffins, but usually they, like most muffins, don't exactly fit into my diet very well. However, after seeing the nutrition info on the site I thought I'd give them a try. To my amazement they're actually quite tasty. In fact I could see myself adding a variety of different add-ins to these.
I think next time I might try adding some vanilla Nitrean to the mix for a bit more protien. If you're in a rush these might not be a bad morning meal if they're accompanied by a shake or something. I chose to substitute Sucralose for the 1/4c of sugar in the recipe to cut the carbs down a bit further.
