Hey Guys,
As some of you might know its the Islamic month of Ramadan and we have to fast from sunrise to sunset. So that means no food and no water from about 5:45am to 7:20pm. Its been a little over a week and I have been eating oatmeal in fat free milk and 2 eggs every morning. And i break my fast some fruits and dinner usually consists of chicken and/or rice. My question is what do you recommend is the diet for fasting like this. What should I eat in the morning that will keep me full and possibly help with fat loss? And how about dinner, i am usually craving fruits or something sweet, i can tell my body is telling me my blood sugar is low. I know my metabolism is probably shot by now. I appreciate your input.
Thanks!
