Where'd it go?

I simply do not feel hungry...ever?

I bore down even harder this past week, cut every 'single' unhealthy food from my diet....got some protein powder...started a HIIT...been doing it for 5 days now.....and I suddenly lost any desire to eat.

Had the opportunity today for some steak....yum....except for the fact that I was full with a palm-sized piece. Is this normal?

I've noticed that while I WILL force myself to drink milk, eat something high in carbs, etc, etc....post workout...I never WANT to eat it.

Its almost like a need.

I'm starting to find something similar, even after only a week. Perhaps it's because now I have set eating times - after LISS in the morning, around noon:30, around 3:30, around 6:30, and around 9:30.

I used to get incredibly hungry for dinner and at night, but now not so much anymore. I might not eat everything I had scheduled for today, dropping me down another 100 calories (cup of pineapple) to 1400 for the day. Granted, lack of hunger doesn't stop the urge to eat out of boredom at times, but it's a start.

I don't think it has anything to do with being bored...or watching TV, sitting around on the computer...stuff like that.

Even when I do all those things...I'm ALWAYS full.

Today, I had to basically force myself to eat something, just to get too 1000 calories for the day. It usually only happens on Sundays, but still.

But on the bright side...I am drinking more protein shakes....so that will help.

Not regarding the lack of hunger but regarding the force feeding, is the food you eat appetizing? Or has it become reduced to stuff that tastes like cardboard? If the latter, perhaps that's some part of the issue?

I love the food I eat, which of course is (was, hopefully) part of my problem. :eat:

I love the food I eat too....for the most part.

The problem is eating 'enough' to get up to my calorie goal.

Only thing that tastes like junk is the protein shake. :D
