Well i think im going to start a journal to track my progress that will maybe help me stay motivated... and on the first of october im going to start the 100 point challenge.. well here we go

sep. 19-well this mornig i started off at 5:30 and walked 1.5 miles and ran 1.5 miles. the for breakfast i had 7 egg white and alot of water and some whey protine... for lunch i had a pb&j on wheat bread... in about 2 hours im going to have some talopia and some more whey protine and the do an upper body workout with some cardio and then go to the sunflower shoppe( which is a health food store in fort worth) and go shoping for food.. and tonight ill have some ceaser salad. a couple hours after that im gonna have some more egg white and protine 2 hours before bed....

My Meal Plan
7:00 cell mass
7:45 "homemade proein waffles, or 6 egg white and oats and protein multivitamens"
9:30 turkey sweet patato
10:45 vegtables
11:20 turkey sandwhich with 1 scoop nublend or everpro vegtables
1:30 almonds 1 supreme protein bar
4:15 ultramet smoothie
6:00 talapia sweet patato
9:00 4 egg whites
