Strange. :P

Dunno if it means anything but for some reason the right half of my tongue just has this huge spot missing the filiform papillae (I think that's what they are... the small bumps) that's been getting bigger and bigger. The right side is now missing like 60% of those things. I know they naturally act like hair and fall off and regenerate but I've not burned my tongue or anything and they're all gone in a spot (which seems to be getting bigger).

And I swear I was woken up by a tiny tingle in my tongue then looked in the mirror to see less (or I'm crazy :P).

Idunno anything about this subject and Google was particularly unhelpful. My tongue feels perfectly fine besides the fact that one side seems to be lacking the small bumps (and is redder because of it) and that single time my tongue tingled.

Just thought I might as well ask about it.

Odd. I'd say see a dentist if you're concerned.

It sound like you might have geographic tounge. Here is a link to read about it:

As it mentions, maybe related to stress... I have had it, and took Vitamin b supplements, and re-thought my crazy busy life a little bit and it went away.

Might want to make sure with a dermatologist or dentist...

Well... since it doesn't really do anything and they can grow back I think I'll ignore it for now. Every time I go to the doctors they do nothing and charge me $50 so I think I'll skip it. :P

The effects might have been blown up by the fact that I was just recently sick for a whole week too.

reconsider... or try to destress for a few more weeks and take a B complex and wait a few more weeks and then go.

I bet you it's gone by then...
