Man, I started back to work this week after vacation, so proud that I still lost weight and kept progress without the extra burden of working (I have a physically demanding job) and wouldn'y ya know it? Nailed with some nasty thrombosed hemroids.
It really doesn't hurt, thank god, but it is physically uncomfortable due to size and I don't dare do any of my regular lifting/cardio routine for making it worse or getting to bleed. Plus I got so depressed I started eating like a pig! Oh well, I made this post so I could psych myself up to stop the cheating at least and let some of that dissapointment out and vow to eat some more friggin fiber.

You may be able to get those to scale back by cleaning up your diet some. I have read that a diet change can speed up the healing:tu:
Just remember...250- never again!

Eating a clean diet can have a major impact improving hemerhoids. It did for me. Mine hasn't bothered me in months. Used to itch like an sob every other day back when my diet was crap.

Does it prevent you from doing cardio? I have found for me, there is a direct correlation between how much I sweat and how good I feel. They increase together ;)

i'm gonna try to run tonight, i like lifting and all, but when i don't run for a couple days i feel like utter human garbage. i've been eating EXTREMELY clean for a solid month, cheated a bit when i got a sick, and then for a solid month before that. the problem is, as i look at my logs, is just barely 20g of fiber per day, some barely that. i'm going to slowly build up to about 30g per day, maybe 35 and try to drink my water at a little bit more even space.
also, when i was on vacation, i hardly drank any water at all, relied mostly on diet pepsi. that plus the lack of fiber probably brought me to this situation.

i'll check it them out, i got some fiber therapy today just to get me started quick and easy. i do want to move to a dietary only solution and bran sticks could be a good additive to my morning oats.
i did run tonight, and it felt good. the hemroid almost felt like it vanished while running, but it didn't. hopefully it will fibrose soon and start to go away.
