Hey all,

I'm gonna get a big kickstart with Swole! Just signed up for his SGX program. Let you all know how I do. Any other JSFers currently working with Chris?

Cheers,
mike

Not currently, no, but I did it for two months in the summer of '06, and not only did I get fantastic results but the nutritional principles I learned have been the basis of every diet I've constructed since. Good luck and have a blast!

For those still on SGX, what usernames do you go by in the VX forums?

cheers, and look forward to chatting with you there too.

I've done it, didn't quite get the results I wanted, but I made a lot of progress nonetheless. Good program, that I will probably use for cutting in the future. I am currently using "THE CUT DIET" (cutdiet.com).

I just started the SUP2 program myself about 2 weeks ago. I only found about 3 bad comments on SwoleCat's programs in all my research -- what is it that you were unsatisfied with exactly? Always good to get as much information out there as possible to help people make an informed decision.

HI Mike, I saw your post over at VX forums. I wrote to you. In case you didn't know I Jordan as VX. I'm really glad you decided to start SGX there too. It's great to have someone to go through the process at the same time. I hope you get what you're looking for in SGX.

I don't know where I'll be posting yet. I haven't figured all this out yet. Still too new. I hope to get things in gear this weekend.

My name on the VX boards is Kneticpoet, wouldn't allow more then 10 characters so I dropped the (i). SGX so far is great, I have cut a lot of weight. I can not wait to see what I look like at the end of 90 days. I am doing excellent diet wise so far, the only thing I am worried about is when it is cheat day instead of having one meal I usually eat 2-3. I have not seen this effect my progress so far, but my end goal is 8% bodyfat. I have a hard time showing restraint on cheat meal day, but hopefully I will overcome that.

I wasn't unhappy with him by any means. Chris was great and has a good program. I think my goals were a bit too lofty. I need to stop looking at the guys in the HYDROXYCUT ads in the magazine and seeing what they do in "6" weeks. That isn't real life and that doesn't happen to 99% of people on this planet. It was money well spent. But, as I said I think the Cut Diet is very good as well, and you can get that for free. Do I regret going on SGX? NO, not a all. There's just more then one way to skin a cat.
