Excellent Dinner I Just Had:
3/4 Cup Soy Pasta
6 oz. Soy ChickN Strips
1 cuip Broccoli
.2 cup tomato sauce
340 calories
1 g fat
41 g carbs
19 g dietary fiber
54 g protein
Just mixed them all up in a skillet...used Pam as non-sticker...

so im guessing since you say "soy".. its not just a name and it is actually made from soy..
please stay away from soy products if you are trying to gain lean muscle mass

its okay to have soy once in a while.
but if you have soy regularly.. expect your natural testostorone levels to drop as much as 10% (depending how much you eat)

Mr. Stone encorporates a lot of Soy in his diet, especially in his cutting phase...can anyone else give me feedback on soy products?

yes he does, and i wouldnt recomend it.
i've read some tests/research on this stuff.. in general it promotes estrogen levels.. it lowers test levels.. obviously its not going to make you lose muscle alot..
your gains wont be AS high if you didnt take soy
