Although my cutting effort has been successful as I have lost 15 kg since February weight loss is becoming more and more difficult. This is most likely because I have adapted to my low calorie diet. So I have decided that I should take people's advice and eat more (2000-2200 cals a day) with a view to gaining/preserving muscle - filling up all my loose skin, possibly.

How should I divide up my calories?

Eat my weight in protein so about 50% carbs 30% protein or
40% protein 40% carbs or something extreme such as
50% protein 30% carbs

I think this is important as I don't want to end up adding inches to my belly.

Thank you.

What are you currently eating, in terms of grams of protein, carbs and fats, and what do the percentages come out to? Answer this and I'll try help some :)

For the past 2 weeks I have been on a diet which cycles the carbs
day 1 100 gr day 2 130 gr day 3 150 gr day 4 180 gr day 5 130 gr at the same time I eat 1 gr of protein per IB of body weight (i.e. 160gr)

Before that it was roughly 160 gr protein 190 gr carbs a day

OK. What I suggest is to keep the carbs at about 1g per lb of body weight, and up the protein until you reach around 220g protein. Fill in the remainining calories with fats. Do this for a few weeks.

What I am saying is how I WOULD DO IT. I don't know if this would work for you.

See what this does for you, then you may need to start cycling the carbs again.
