hello guys, this is my first post in this forum,i am 35 years old, has always been skinny, i am currently 134lbs and really never lifted weights before, i checked out my body type and i am ectomorph, i really would like to put on some lean muscle,however at 35 years old i dont want to be putting on too much fat on my body, also i would like to do it with the most natural foods. can someone point me in the right direction please? expert advice will be most apprecited.
