Fantastic!
You look like a completely different person, if you walked up to me on the street and told me you used to be fat I would never believe it.
Awesome job.

My favorite part,
There is no magic pill, just hard work and dedication
That about sums it up.... hell I'm making that my new sig.

Exercise (Currently 'Bulking')
Before six weeks ago I didn't have a constant lifting routine, I just went to the gym at random times. For the past six weeks I have been keeping a log and doing a 5 day split:

Mon: Back/Biceps
Tues: Shoulders/Traps
Wed: Abs
Thur: Chest/Triceps
Fri: Lower Body
Sat/Sun: OFF

I lift at around 8AM then at 8PM at night I do intense cardio 3x a week. Everytime the cardio is something different (IE. pulling my friend up a .25 mile hill in a cart or doing lunges up the hill)

Diet:
I eat around 4,000 calories a day currently, eating every 3 hours. I am not specific or really count carbs/protein/fat. I just dont eat junk food!

I drink 3+ gallons of water a day.

The supplements I take are Flax Seed Oil, MultiVit, Creatine, Whey, Glutamine
