Hi all, ive switched from bulking to start cutting again for the following reasons.
1. bulking is making me feel so bloated & lousy i just cant stand it anymore
2. i was well out of shape when i started the bulking anyway.
i think its best to cut down & start my bulking over again later on in the year so heres my new cutting diet.
1. breakfast - Oats with protein shake blended up with skimmed milk
2. mid morning chopped apples & pairs/ or tuna with fat free salsa dip
3. 200g of chicken breast with sweatcorn & peppers
4. 2 rounds of natty peanut butter on wholemeal brown bread
5. Random meal from chicken with veg & potatoes to steak with veg & potato
6. 50g of salted nuts
7. protein shake
i totally pulled this diet out my ass & hope it aint the completely wrong thing to be eating whilst cutting.
new workout im starting after october
monday - kickboxing class
Tue - upper lifting
wed - leg work
thu - upper body lifting
Fri - kickboxing
sat - Abs workout

When do you workout, as this dictates your nutrition for the day quite a bit. Answer this and I will help as best I can :)

Personally I would change meal four and meal six (unless you combine six and 7 I don't think it's too bad) to contain a more complete source of protein. I would also add eggs in the morning (white), pretty cheap source of protein, and lower the amount of protein powder. What's your cal intake right now?

 6' tall and 151lbs doesn't seem that heavy... I'm 5'8.5" ( so the doc tells me... ) and I'm 166.2 ( 75kg ). So you got quite a bit more height on me, you should weigh more. What were you eating during your bulk? I remember your post about how you were disappointed with your bulk. What are the details of the bulk? Diet / routine. Maybe that can be tweaked a bit so you are still gaining mass but not as much fat or whatever, and maybe you can pump in more cardio if you feel out of shape.
PS: The FitDay link does not work. You have to get the link to your "Public Journal", that can be found in the "Home" section on Fitday.
