Finally got myself a decent bench and barbell (very pleased I've not had to leave it longer)
When I'm bench pressing (slight incline) I'm getting what feels like a muscle knot in my right shoulder, its not painful or particularly uncomfortable but i can feel its there... I've not tried without an incline yet but will
The weight isn't pushing my limit, (got to get out and buy more, but I'm wondering if i should be careful with this.
Will this knot (if it is? if not what else might it be?) sort itself out?/woresen
any stretches reccomended?
Should i leave off more weight for now and allow for more adaption in joints?
