How do you people measure your BF%? I bought the calipers (accidently - the same ones John recommends and uses, namely - "Accumeasure FAT TRACK GOLD") and I'm sorry to say it's a patented peace of shit. I mean, forget about getting different measurement (by tens of percents) every time I use it - I'm talking about the button that you just can't press! I spend (or rather had spent - I don't think I'm going to use it anymore, unless someone points out what am I doing wrong) hours pushing on that little blue button - but it just doesn't work.

I tried using the online BF calculator, which depends upon taking several circumferences and using some sort of formula, but it is also error prone, since the recommendations for where (and how) to measure are somewhat ambiguous.

Any other tried and true methods (other than posting a cell phone pic in the media gallery and asking the audience to have a guess)?
