Quick question on the Deadlift, how important is it to have reverse grips? As in one underhand and one overhand? So far ive been doing double overhand since starting, any harm in this?

Use it until the bar is too heavy to hold onto. Then either switch to a mixed / alternating grip or, even better, a hook grip. I would try to keep symmetry and balance though. Swap the hand positions every set. In other words, right hand pronated/left hand supinated one set, the next set right hand supinated/left hand pronated. My goal is to get a strong enough grip to always be double pronated (overhand) for all my deads, but I'm a long way off :) It would help if I actually specifically trained my grip occasionally  |
